When are price alerts evaluated?
Alerts evaluate once daily after official exchange settlement records are published: at approximately 18:30 IST for Indian equities (NSE & BSE), and 22:30 UTC for US equities (S&P 500 & NASDAQ). Intraday tick-by-tick alerts are not offered.
What is the difference between Touch and Close?
Day Touch: Fires if the day's high (for upward alerts) or low (for downward alerts) reached your price level.
Settlement Close: Fires only if the final official closing price settled at or beyond your price level.
Will my alerts be deleted after the beta?
No. All your configured price alerts and watchlist securities will be safely preserved in your account.
