Conditions governing access and usage of StockRadar24 data and software tools.
This document is an operational terms template. Please have it reviewed by Indian legal counsel before offering paid subscriptions or commercial API integrations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or browsing StockRadar24 (stockradar24.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Regulatory Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
2. Nature of the Service & Non-Advisory Status
StockRadar24 provides educational equity intelligence and historical financial ratios compiled from publicly reported market data across Indian (NSE/BSE) and United States (NYSE/NASDAQ) markets. StockRadar24 is not a registered financial intermediary, broker-dealer, exchange, or investment advisory entity under SEBI (India) or SEC/FINRA (United States). Under no circumstance should content on this site be considered an investment mandate or transaction solicitation.
3. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
The design, code, interface layouts, synthesized analytical narratives, and composite models published on StockRadar24 are proprietary intellectual property.
- You may access and utilize the platform for personal, non-commercial analytical research.
- You agree not to deploy automated high-concurrency scrapers, bots, or denial-of-service vectors against our data routes.
- You agree not to misrepresent StockRadar24 metrics as SEBI-certified investment advice in public forums or advisory channels.
4. Warranty Disclaimer & System Availability
StockRadar24 is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and reliable daily EOD pipeline execution, we do not warrant that data feeds will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely accurate during upstream exchange outages.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
6. Subscriptions, Payments & Razorpay Processing
StockRadar Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle (at ₹100/month or prevailing published rate). All payment transactions are securely processed by our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. StockRadar24 does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials on its servers.
By initiating a Pro subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until cancelled.
7. Cancellation, Refunds & Plan Downgrade Policy
You may cancel your StockRadar Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard or billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; no further renewals will occur. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the active billing cycle.
Upon plan downgrade to the Free tier, your stored alert rules will be preserved in your account without deletion. However, rules exceeding the Free limit (1 monitored stock with 1 alert level) will be placed in a paused state until you reactivate Pro coverage.
8. Authentication, Device Push Notifications & DPDP Compliance
In accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, we collect only the minimum personal data necessary to provide alert services (email address, Google profile identity, and browser push notification cryptographic tokens).
Web Push notification subscriptions are initiated solely upon your explicit browser prompt permission. You may revoke push notification permissions or request immediate account and data deletion at any time from your dashboard.
